Well, this didn't turn out to be too hard (i bet i'm not getting something). Basically the first google results worked:
Syntax for RSS and Atom feeds in blogger:
https://support.google.com/blogger/answer/97933?hl=en
swap in your blog url and that's it.
Page to check you got it right:
https://validator.w3.org/feed/
I'll start adding the RSS/Atom feeds to the blogs where I expect "syndication" - concept i'm not 100% sure what it means, but hey... every day you have to learn something.
